Dont work on my Windows XP MCE 2005 sp2 + IE7 + office 2007 + all MS netframeworks...

I will try on anothers XP and Vista PCs...
Maybe some VB needed files are missings ?

I just download the topic creator tool and at first regard :

For + :
- easy to use
- earn time to create custom topic

For - :
- creating a topic, that doesn't indicate limit of caracters ( i think it will be able to stop at the limit)
- we can't go back when we creat topic ( for exemple, i make my topic and i underline it, if i want to change it, i clic on U button but it's impossible..)
- the dialog is too big and ugly
